A wise man once said that the universe was created because God needed someone with whom to share an overabundance of joy. I share this conviction, and can think of no better way to describe my attitude toward faith matters. I like to think of our world originating in a desire to share joy in community, because it means that joy will someday characterize our lives and our world; someday there will be more than enough joy to go around. Along with others here at OPCC, I strive to live into that hope, and to let joy characterize everything I do. Be it worship, study, service, or fellowship, I believe that if we’re not having fun we’re doing something wrong! I invite you to share the joy of discipleship here at OPCC, where you are always welcome, and welcome always to have fun.
